Shanghai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau has kept adjusting their centralized CIQ2000 application to meet the changing requirements. Meanwhile, high availablity is always pursued.

GTi has helped Shanghai CIQ to sucessfully changed from former High-availability mode into Oracle RAC architecture in the past co-operation. It made the IT investment more durable and saved a lot.

GTi also provided maintenance service to ensure the health of the systems in the changing environment. And now Shanghai CIQ has granted their re-new service order to GTi.
