Influenced by the construction of information, Beijing Municipal Education Commission decides to implement the new financial system for the financial system of its 66 universities. This system uses highly utilized large data base system as background and also use solutions which combine C/S and B/S. It provides the entire management of the related financial management including personnel, finance and goods. It also provides the connection service for the management information system of the digitalizing campus.

It emphasizes internal management and supreme core and it constructs service system on the net by using campus network and sharing the information in the various departments. Therefore it supplies the favorable conditions to the realization of the management intention of the related leaders.
